Here at oki-ni we have become known as a worldwide destination to pick up Japanese brands and rare Japanese products.
We never set out to intentionally do this when launching oki-ni… the concept was simply to keep discovering and breaking the most interesting products and brands available in the market place and hosting them in an environment that resembles who and what we are.
Japanese brands are for us are putting out some of the most interesting product, doing it in a way that very much emits a style that only the Japanese can really execute.
The Japanese have such an acute eye for product – they spot something, take what they want from it and make it so much better with a unique twist or development. And of course quality is always at the core.
We feel privileged that we can go out and hand pick up these kinds of products, especially as 90% of these brands never make it outside of Japan.
