We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

In addition, footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged box and must be wrapped in an extra outer layer as this is considered part of the product. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions.

Before returning your goods, please contact t +44 (0)20 7608 9186, e enquiries@oki-ni.com and ask for an RMA number which you need to write on the returns form.

Please remember to enclose a completed returns form (see the reverse of the packing slip enclosed with your parcel), indicating the reason for return and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning the goods.

For all international returns, please ensure that you clearly declare the goods as ‘unwanted returns’ on all paperwork for customs. If you fail to do so, we will be charged import duty by customs. We will then need to pass any such charge on to you when refunding your card / exchanging your goods.

We regret that we cannot accept any returned items that incur import charges. To avoid these charges we suggest that you do not use a courier company such as DHL, Fedex or UPS, instead please use a registered mail service that requires a signature on delivery.
