SEQUENCES by Clement Meyer & Tomas More

We continue our excellent start to 2012 with two leading players from the Parisian Get The Curse collective. Founded in 2007 by Clement Meyer, Get The Curse is a blog and now label that celebrates the dark underbelly of France’s electronic scene.

For their mix, Meyer & More have taken a trip into the moody depths of dance music, stopping off at plenty of weird and wonderful places along the way. Their meandering mix has clearly been made by two artists who are not only having a lot of fun, but who are also at the top of their game.

Here's what the guys had to say about their mix:

"It has a been a very special mix for us. It is a mental trip through our many influences and we wanted create a unique atmosphere, from vintage vocal gems to mysterious club music. This is a home listening mix with a lot of experimentation. We 've done it slow, abstract and intense. It's been a very fun experience to work on a mix as a pair. It took a lot of time to select the music we had in mind but we're proud of the result!"
