MOON by Andrew Weatherall

Andrew Weatherall takes us on a deep and moody journey through his vast record collection with dusted off electronica and ambient tracks, sitting alongside contemporary goth from Zola Jesus, lo-fi angst from Perfume Genius and finished off with Johanna Billing's cover of Arthur Russell’s This Is How We Walk On The Moon. A perfect 'headphones' mix; this is in Mr Weatherall's own words, 'all killer no filler' and we couldn’t agree more.
Sit back and enjoy.

Andrew Weatherall Andrew Weatherall is someone who should need no introduction.

Weatherall’s influence on modern electronic music can not be understated. He was there at the beginning of the British acid house scene DJing at Danny Rampling's legendary Shoom nights, has production credits on seminal albums like ‘Screamadelica’ by Primal Scream and outputted a mass of fine electronica and techno over the years including his releases on Warp Records from Two Lone Swordsmen and acclaimed solo album Pox On The Pioneers.

Mixed while dreaming of people downloading their trousers rather than leaving the house and visiting shops, this perfect 'headphones' mix is (in Mr Weatherall's own words) 'all killer no filler' - we couldn’t agree more.
