Scha

The designer behind Scha is Ewa Kusalek. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Dusselfdorf after studying painting and scultpture. In 2004 she launched Scha. ‘For me as an artist, hats represent a subject which works as a medium. People wearing these creations gain the option of performing some kind of poetical self-image in their everyday lives.’

Materials include fur felt (velours and melousine), knitted wool,silk taffeta, tulle, waterproof fabrics, knitted cotton and leather.
