Saucony

Founded in 1898, the Saucony Shoe Manufacturing Company but its first factory in 1906. In just four years the company was manufacturing over 800 pairs of shoes a day for both children and adults and by the 60s the company produced footwear for NASA, including the boots worn by the first American astronaut to walk in space. By 1968 the company was producing running shoes. Saucony now exists for runners. Runners inspire them, bring them new ideas, force them to be better. Runners drive their design and engineering, tunners keep them competitive, hungry and honest.

This focus and passion fuels Saucony as they stive to create the best running shoes and apparel on the planet. They leave work every day knowing they've done everything to make runners' lives just a little bit better.
