Gareth Pugh

Graduate of Fashion Design at London’s Central St. Martins in 2003, Gareth Pugh has developed to become one of the leading lights of his generation. Over the interceding years the designer has garnered much critical acclaim and in January of 2011, was invited by the Italian trade show Pitti to be their guest designer. The collection, matched with an astounding video installation, confirmed his status as one of the most exciting and innovative talents in fashion, a position his spring/summer ’12 collection sees him develop further. Combining contrasting textures, strong architectural shapes and gothic, dark futurism, the collection proves to be one of the stand outs of the season.
