Levi’s® Red™ was first created in 1999 as a laboratory for future denim design. Since then, Levi’s® Red™ have created some of the most distinctive premium jeanswear of recent times, forever changing and challenging the blueprint of denim design.

The new Levi’s® RED™ premium jeanswear collection is born out of months of state-of-the art product development resulting in a collection that promises the most exciting denim styles of recent times.

On a constant quest to challenge the perceptions of jeanswear and seek to create the most innovative styles in denim, the Levi’s® RED™ designers began by deconstructing a pair of traditional Levi’s® 5 pocket jeans and re-interpreting every single ingredient - blowing seams apart, warping details and playing with proportions to find a greater height in contemporary denim aesthetics.

The inspiration for the new Levi’s® RED™ collection comes from Levi’s® iconic Saddleman and Sidewalker characters as well as vintage advertising illustrations, all of which play on the proportions of Levi’s® original jeans designs. Realising these cartoonish characters and imagery in a collection has resulted in innovative denim styles that celebrate new proportions, shape and style.
