Evisu is a Japanese clothing company founded in 1988 in Osaka, Japan by Hidehiko Yamane.

Evisu clothing company specializes in production of denim wear through the use of vintage looms and other labour-intensive methods, whilst making limited use of modern machinery.

Originally called Evis, its name was changed to Evisu in 1991. The brand is sometimes referred to as the "Rolls Royce of Jeans".

The company’s logo is a stylized gull. It was created by founder Yamane and is still hand-painted onto some styles of Evisu jeans.
