Part of the California collection, the 106 Vulcanised sneaker by Vans combines the Classic and the Chukka Low styles to great effect. For autumn/winter Vans have produced new colourways in premium fabrics, for a subtle yet luxurious update on this classic style.
The sneaker has an upper made from soft suede with a contrasting oilskin leather tongue, and, characteristically, is built on a vulcanized rubber sole. Reduced padding, raw edges and a smooth sidewall create a sleek silhouette that compliments the refined colour-way. The sneaker also features tonal metal eyelets, waxed flat laces and is finished with a contemporary tweed lining.
