Originally released in 1989, and designed to be the most supportive running trainer then available, for autumn/winter '12 New Balance have, as part of their Farmers Market Pack, created two fresh looks for the M577.
Looking to the Cumbrian countryside and local farms surrounding the brand's UK Flimby factory, the sneakers are produced in suitably earthy tones, with a hard-wearing, waxed finish.
Built on patented ENCAP sole units, the uppers are crafted from suede, with a waxed water-resistant finish. The navy colourway is accented by shades of brown and burgundy, with checked lining and a fleece inner sole for comfort. They are finished with a removable cattle tag celebrating the brand's 30th year of manufacturing in the UK.
Made in the UK from suede.
