br> Technical Info: A hot melt film is placed in between the synthetic suede and textile on upper, and through heat they are merged together. By welding the material the amount of labour required is significantly reduced. Waste from the production of these shoes is less than half of normal production and the synthetic suede upper – Tirrenina Nubuck- has been made using a solvent free process. Adhesives in the tongue and collar lining have been eliminated so shoes are more breathable.
